It's a good job the camera functions well and records high quality video, because the app is appalling. I'd highly recommend only using it to tweak settings and for the sake of your sanity leave the video viewing/downloading stuff alone. Fortunately, connecting the camera to a PC via USB to view recordings is a much more pleasant experience.

Rubbish won't download video to phone

Fails to connect and unable to download video. Complete waste of time and money. Refund requested.

Does any of the developers read these reviews at it seems they dont. Several users including me are having issues connecting to the dash app as it just does nothing. Someone one please fix this!???

It dose not keep the time and date synced, every time I check the footage the date has reverted to 2001

This app is terrible!

Why do you release your stuff half backed? Impossible to get a stable wifi connection, to download a 3 min clip I'll have to try try 5 6 times and pray to god the wifi connection stays through.

Connection problem whenever I connect to my dash cam on dash cam it says its connected but on app its not I tried to connect and disconnected it many times but won't work my WiFi connection shows it is connected

Disappointed / Regret getting the cam. Got our car dealership to add it at quite a cost. The camera doesn't connect to the phone app. It's useless except for the tacky jingle it plays when you start the car. It's amazing such poor tech exists these days. Seems outdated, similar to the hands free kits in the early 2000s. Just using up battery now. Poor decision on our part but we no next time we see a "Nextbase" product to stay away

I have tried this app it doesn't even connect to my nextbase duo hd dash cam, don't know what to do I have done everything possible, updated the new version of firmware as well but still no luck.
