"It's a good job the camera functions well and records high quality video, because the app is appalling. I'd highly recommend only using it to tweak settings and for the sake of your sanity leave the video viewing/downloading stuff alone. Fortunately, connecting the camera to a PC via USB to view recordings is a much more pleasant experience."

"Disappointed / Regret getting the cam. Got our car dealership to add it at quite a cost. The camera doesn't connect to the phone app. It's useless except for the tacky jingle it plays when you start the car. It's amazing such poor tech exists these days. Seems outdated, similar to the hands free kits in the early 2000s. Just using up battery now. Poor decision on our part but we no next time we see a "Nextbase" product to stay away"
